SELECTED WORK
Building an Enduring Evaluation Capability
IGOR established an enduring approach for evaluating complex activities and systems against defined objectives. The methodology enabled evaluation to begin with an initial activity and develop through repeated application, allowing evidence and learning to accumulate and improve the evaluation process over time.
Evaluating Complex Multinational Activities
IGOR designed an evaluation framework for a complex multinational activity, establishing planning tools, indicators and measures of effectiveness across multiple organisations and systems. The approach provided a common basis for understanding performance across organisational and national boundaries.
Evaluating Strategic Transformation
IGOR assessed organisational activity and performance against a long-term strategic requirement, examining whether planned changes could deliver the intended capability within defined resource constraints. The approach provided an evidence base for identifying inefficiencies, testing reform options and assessing progress towards strategic objectives.
Independent Capability Assessment
IGOR conducted an independent whole-system assessment of a newly established organisational capability, examining how its human, technological, physical, organisational and governance components were operating together.
