IGOR uses evaluation to make performance across complex systems visible, establishing traceability between objectives, activities and outcomes so that the contribution of individual elements can be understood within the wider system.

Building an Enduring Military Operations Analysis Capability
IGOR was engaged to help establish an enduring capability for evaluating military operations and exercises. The work developed the analytical foundations through which complex activities could be assessed against objectives, with Talisman Sabre 13 providing the first major evaluation and certification assignment.
Evaluating Multinational Exercises
IGOR designed and delivered the evaluation framework for Talisman Sabre 13, developing the planning tools, indicators of progress and Measures of Effectiveness required to assess a complex multinational exercise.
