IGOR is a human systems consultancy working across individuals, teams, organisations and complex operational environments. We bring deep expertise in human factors, organisational behaviour and systems architecture to problems where human performance, coordination and decision-making are mission-critical.

Our work spans the full spectrum of human systems capability. This includes applied human factors and ergonomics, team and operational design, organisational analysis and large-scale system intervention. We operate comfortably at the level of detailed human-machine interaction and at the level of enterprise, institution and system-of-systems design.

IGOR was established inside Defence science and complex engineering environments, where human considerations were historically treated as secondary to technical systems. Over time, our role expanded from supporting physical scientists and engineers to shaping how human capability is understood, designed and governed across entire organisations. That lineage continues to inform our work today.
