Simulation, Modelling & Experimentation

IGOR uses simulation to make complex human and organisational behaviour visible—revealing interactions, pressures and emergent outcomes that cannot be understood by examining individual parts alone.

We combine human science, systems thinking and computational methods to:

model human, social and organisational behaviour;
explore emergent outcomes across repeated simulation runs;
conduct human-in-the-loop experimentation;
measure cognitive workload, fatigue and performance;
test alternative organisational and system configurations;
evaluate technologies under realistic operational conditions; and
generate evidence for capability, design and investment decisions.
